Cities and utilities inspect wet work so water, sewer, storm, and fire lines meet material, depth, and test requirements. Closing a trench early can force a re-dig.
How we work inspections
- Install to the approved plan and agency standards
- Leave the trench open or staged for the inspector when required
- Complete pressure, mandrel, or visual checks as directed
- Backfill and compact after release
